Getting started

What a first workspace looks like, from organisation set-up to the first cohort run.

TrialBridge is in development. These pages describe the product as designed for its first release. Customer workspaces are not open yet.

Before you start

  • An organisation administrator to invite users and assign roles.
  • A trial protocol (born-digital PDF or DOCX).
  • A protocol reviewer with authority to approve criteria under your SOPs.
  • For real data: a de-identified extract prepared and approved under your institution’s data governance. For evaluation, use the synthetic sample.

First steps

  1. Create the organisation and a workspace; set the workspace’s data class (Synthetic or De-identified).
  2. Invite members and assign roles scoped to trials and sites.
  3. Create a trial and upload its protocol.
  4. Review proposed or manually entered criteria, resolve flags, and approve a version.
  5. Import a dataset, then authorise it for the trial (two approvers).
  6. Preview and run a cohort query; potential matches enter the screening queue.
