API overview

Planned. TrialBridge has no public or production API. This page describes the intended shape so integration teams can give feedback. Endpoints, fields and authentication may change.

Intended principles

• Same authorisation as the application: role- and site-scoped tokens, no broader access.
• Read access to trials, protocol versions, cohort-run summaries and screening states.
• Write access limited to recruitment events and dataset imports.
• Every call recorded in the audit log.
