CSV structure, field mapping, validation, identifier scanning and confirmation.

Files

  • persons.csv — person_key, birth_year, sex_recorded
  • conditions.csv — person_key, code, code_system, recorded_on
  • measurements.csv — person_key, code (LOINC), value, unit, observed_on
  • medications.csv — person_key, ingredient, start_on, end_on
  • procedures.csv — person_key, code, code_system, performed_on

Validation

Types, dates, known units and code systems, required fields, duplicates — and an identifier scan that blocks direct identifiers in imports declared Synthetic or De-identified.

Confirmation

Rows with warnings or rejections are summarised before you confirm. Rejected rows aren’t queryable. Raw files are deleted after confirmation.
