Terms of use

Draft requiring legal review. This is a structural draft. It is not legally sufficient for any jurisdiction as written and must not be relied on. Customer agreements, when they exist, will be separate documents.

1. Service scope

These terms would govern use of the TrialBridge website and, once launched, the TrialBridge service provided by Core Aspirox [To confirm: legal entity].

TrialBridge is research-operations software. It supports structuring eligibility criteria, cohort discovery in authorised datasets, screening workflows and recruitment reporting. It does not make clinical or eligibility decisions, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace investigators or the study’s own systems of record.

2. User responsibilities

  • Use the service only for lawful research operations under your organisation’s policies and approvals.
  • Ensure that qualified people review and approve criteria and make screening decisions.
  • Keep information you enter accurate, and record decisions truthfully.

3. Account access

Accounts are personal. Users must keep credentials confidential, use multi-factor authentication, and tell their administrator of suspected misuse. Administrators are responsible for granting and removing access.

4. Acceptable use

  • No attempts to access data outside your granted scope, or to re-identify individuals in de-identified data.
  • No uploading of data you are not authorised to use, or of identifiable data into workspaces not configured for it.
  • No interference with the service’s security or availability.

5. Data responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for having an appropriate basis, approvals and consents for data they import. Core Aspirox would process customer data only to provide the service, under a separate data agreement [To confirm: data processing / business associate terms].

6. Intellectual property

The TrialBridge software, name and mark belong to Core Aspirox [To confirm: trademark status]. Customers keep rights in their protocols, data and outputs.

7. Service availability

The service is not yet available. Availability commitments, if any, will be set out in customer agreements.

8. Limitations

Website content, including product previews built with synthetic data, is provided for information only. It describes a product in development and may change. [To confirm: limitation of liability and governing law]

9. Contact

Questions about these terms: [To confirm: legal contact address]. Meanwhile, see the contact page.
