Privacy information
1. Scope
This information covers the Aspirox TrialBridge public website and, where noted, the proposed TrialBridge product. The product is in development; customer workspaces are not open.
Responsible organisation: Core Aspirox [To confirm: legal entity name and registered address].
2. Information categories
- Contact requests: name, work email, organisation, role, organisation type, workflow interest and optional message — only if you submit the contact form and a form service is connected. Currently no form service is connected, and submitted details are discarded in your browser.
- Technical information: standard server logs from the hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) [To confirm: hosting provider and log retention].
- Cookies: this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. [To confirm: confirm before adding any analytics]
3. Product usage information
When the product launches, it is intended to record account information (name, email, role), security events and audit events needed to operate the service and maintain an audit trail. Product analytics are intended to use identifiers and counts only — no patient-level data. [To confirm: final product usage data inventory]
4. Research data handling
Research datasets imported into the product belong to the customer organisation, which decides what data is used and on what basis. In that context Core Aspirox would act on the customer’s instructions [To confirm: controller/processor or covered-entity/business-associate roles per market].
The first release is designed for synthetic and de-identified data only. Product demonstrations on this website use synthetic data. No real patient information appears on this website.
5. Purpose limitation
Contact details are intended to be used only to reply to your request. They would not be sold or used for unrelated marketing.
6. Data retention
Contact requests would be kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up [To confirm: retention period]. Product retention follows customer-configured policies described in the security approach.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, and to complain to a data protection authority. [To confirm: rights statement per applicable jurisdiction and how to exercise them]
9. Security
We describe the intended security design on the security page. No certification or independent audit is claimed.
10. Contact
Privacy questions: [To confirm: privacy contact address]. Until a contact address is published, use the contact page — noting that its form is not yet connected to a delivery service.
